1. Scope of Services
At R for Remodelers, we specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling services. The scope of work will be defined in the project agreement between the client and R for Remodelers and may include, but is not limited to, design, materials, and labor for remodeling projects. The scope of each project will be specified in detail before work begins.
2. Estimates and Quotes
- All quotes and estimates provided are based on the project scope as discussed with the client. The final price may vary depending on any changes made to the project’s scope, materials, or timelines.
- Free Quotes: We offer free quotes, but these are not binding until both parties have agreed to the full project details.
3. Payments and Fees
- A deposit is required to initiate any project, with payment schedules outlined in the contract.
- All payments are due according to the agreed-upon milestones. Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or contract termination.
- If additional work or materials are requested beyond the initial scope of the project, this will result in additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
4. Project Timelines
- Project timelines will be estimated during the planning phase. While we strive to meet all deadlines, R for Remodelers is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as supply chain issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen structural issues.
- Clients will be informed promptly of any changes to the project timeline.
5. Changes to the Project Scope
- Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon project must be communicated in writing. This may affect both the cost and timeline of the project.
- R for Remodelers will not proceed with changes until written approval is received from the client.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
- We offer a warranty on all labor and materials provided by R for Remodelers for a specific period after project completion (as outlined in the project agreement).
- If any defects arise during this period due to improper workmanship or faulty materials, we will repair or replace them at no additional cost.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications made by third parties.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- Clients may cancel the project prior to the start of work. However, any costs already incurred by R for Remodelers (such as design work or materials purchased) will be deducted from any refunds.
- If the client cancels after work has started, a partial refund may be provided, minus the cost of labor, materials, and administrative fees.
- R for Remodelers reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to make payments, engages in conduct that disrupts the project, or otherwise violates these terms.
8. Liability
- R for Remodelers is fully insured, and we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your property during the project.
- However, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or damages that are discovered during the remodeling process. We will notify the client if such issues are found, and additional work may be required to address them at the client’s expense.
9. Intellectual Property
- Any design work, plans, or materials provided by R for Remodelers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our designs or proprietary materials without our explicit consent.
10. Governing Law
