At R for Remodelers, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our customers are satisfied with the work we deliver. However, we understand that sometimes changes or cancellations are necessary. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Deposits and Initial Payments
- A deposit is required to secure your project and initiate planning, material purchases, and labor scheduling.
- Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable once planning begins or materials are ordered. If you cancel the project before this stage, a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or planning fees.
2. Material Costs
- Custom-ordered materials such as cabinetry, tiles, or fixtures cannot be refunded once ordered, as they are tailored specifically to your project.
- Refund Policy: Standard, non-custom materials that have not been installed may qualify for a refund, subject to supplier return policies and restocking fees.
3. Cancellation Before Work Starts
- If you need to cancel your project before work begins, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Refund Policy: If no materials have been ordered and work has not started, we may issue a partial refund. However, design fees, permits, and administrative costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. During the Project
- Once work has started, refunds for services rendered are generally not available. We aim to maintain transparency and keep you informed throughout the process.
- Refund Policy: Any unused or unopened materials that are returnable to the supplier may be refunded, subject to restocking fees. Labor and services already completed are non-refundable.
5. Post-Project Refunds
- After the project is completed, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the work, we offer a warranty on our labor and materials.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not typically provided after completion. However, we will address any concerns through repairs or replacements as per our service warranty. If defects are beyond repair, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Warranty and Service Guarantees
- Our work is backed by a service warranty, ensuring that any issues arising from workmanship or materials will be resolved to your satisfaction.
- Refund Policy: If issues cannot be resolved through repair or replacement under warranty, we will consider refunding the affected portion of the project cost.
